Build connections, grow your network

Launch your career with this free, year-long program for rising seniors, offered in partnership with Fort Lewis College and Colorado Mesa University.

As a Springboard Fellow, you'll build your network by connecting with local business leaders, working alongside inspiring mentors and community leaders, and participating in networking events and professional development sessions. You will enhance your communication, leadership, and presentation skills to boost your confidence for interviews and career opportunities, and be career-ready by June 2026.

Upon completion, you'll receive a $3,000 Springboard Award to help offset expenses like business attire, signing an apartment lease, or transportation in a new city.
