Fort Lewis College Presidential Search Committee announces community engagement opportunities

The Fort Lewis College Presidential Search Committee is embarking on the crucial task of identifying candidates for our next president. As part of this process, we invite all members of the FLC community, including faculty, staff, students, alumni, and external partners, to participate in our upcoming community engagement meetings in September.

These meetings are designed to gather input on the qualities and priorities that our next president should embody. Your insights will play a crucial role in shaping the presidential leadership profile, which will guide the selection process. 

Ann Yates and Pelema Ellis from Buffkin/Baker, a leading executive search firm specializing in higher education, will guide these meetings.

We recognize the importance of inclusive governance and are committed to ensuring that voices from across our community are heard. If you are unable to attend in person, virtual participation options will be available.
