Notes: Image looking up into interior of alcove with fragments of walls and an intact structure constructed at the back of the alcove. Three "windows" or doorways are visible in the intact structure. Vegetation is growing at front of structure, due to a seep.Site possibly located in Sand Canyon, just west of Cortez, Colorado. Two sets of numbers written on sleeve 1440-1440A and (more recently) 466 -A-B. Also typed on sleeve is "Sand creek ruins 3 window house". Two negatives are housed in the same sleeve.
