Notes: The ruins of a tower, possibly 15 feet in height and made of dry laid sandstone blocks. The tower is surrounded by sage, pinyon and some rubble.Site possibly located in Sand Canyon, just west of Cortez, Colorado. Two sets of numbers written on sleeve 1441-1441A and (more recently) 462 A-B. Also typed on sleeve is "Sand creek ruins storage tower". Two negatives are housed in the same sleeve.
