Notes: View of several structures with partial standing dry laid sandstone walls situated on a mesa top. A large, tall square tower is situated in the canyon bottom below the other structures. A sagebrush plain can be seen in the background. Two numbers written on sleeve 1446 and (more recently) 444. Also written on sleeve is "Hovenweep Ruins Upper End & tower"
