Face of cut in Borrow Pit No. 2. Stadia rod (15 ft. long) is at station 61+75/13+55. From 7ft. To 11 ft. (measured from the bottom) of the road is glacial till, and from 11 to 12 feet is fine sand. The remainder of the cut is gravel and sand. Total cut is 28.5 feet.
