  • Our social media team works hard to show the diverse range of student events and services at Fort Lewis College. 

     

    All events on the FLC homepage calendar are tweeted onto the @FLCDurango account if the event is submitted one week prior to the date of the event. Our team schedules live Instagram coverage of events throughout the week, but not every event can be covered. Even though we can’t attend every event, we can still help you promote yours in the week prior, or post recap content. Just send graphics, flyers, promo materials, and high quality photos from the event to marketing@fortlewis.edu.

Submission Information

Submit your events to the following FLC calendars:

  • FLC homepage calendar lists on- and off-campus events sponsored by FLC departments, clubs, and organizations and that are open to both the campus community and general public.
  • FLC student calendar lists on- and off-campus events sponsored by FLC departments, clubs, and organizations and that are open only to students.

Information is limited, restricted to the fields below, but a URL can be included directing people to more information.

Calendar submissions must come from an "@fortlewis.edu" email address, and all "Coordinators" and "Contact" information must be on-campus and FLC-based. There are occasional exceptions to this rule.

To guarantee our ability to get the listings up on time, submit them at least a week before the event.

Note that not all events may qualify for inclusion, and those that do may be edited for space and style. If you have any questions, please contact Lauren Savage at lasavage@fortlewis.edu.
