Schedule a Make-up Exam

If you are absent on the day of an exam, you can schedule a Make-Up exam in the Testing Center with your professor’s permission. You will not be able to schedule a same day appointment as there is a 12-hour buffer to allow us time to contact your Professor and have permission to proctor.

Proctor fee

The proctor fee is $5. If you are participating in a Fort sponsored event, the $5 fee is waived. This includes an absence due to a medical emergency, funeral, traditional ceremonies and if you professor requests the fee to be waived.

Acceptable payment forms:

  • Via online link sent to you after you schedule an appointment
  • Cash
  • Check
  • Charge to your student account

Note: We are unable to process payments with your SkyCard.

Check-in

  • Check-in at the front desk.
  • Please bring in your FLC Student ID. 
  • If you are late for an appointment, your time will be forfeited.

We are busy proctoring exams but please leave a voicemail message. Most phone calls are returned via phone or email at the end of the day when all testing is complete.

Hours

Monday - Friday: 8 a.m. - 4 p.m.

All testing must be completed by 4:00 when we close. If you are late for an appointment, your time will be forfeited.
