Our History Department funds

Public History Fund: Supports the annual Public History Lecture each autumn while helping students cover expenses for research, travel to Public History conferences, and internships.

History Associates Fund: Provides funding for the History Department Newsletter as well as faculty research and travel to conferences.

Reece Kelly Fund: Funds the annual Reece Kelly Lecture each spring, fostering engaging discussions and insights in the field of history.

Duane Smith Lecture Series: Supports the annual Duane Smith Lecture, held each spring, which honors a legacy of historical inquiry and scholarship.

General Ron and Miss Jane Fogleman History Excellence Endowment: This endowed fund ensures a robust liberal arts core within the Department of History at FLC, providing exceptional educational opportunities for future generations.
