The Fort Lewis College Piano and Strings Day provides a special opportunity for high school piano and string students to learn more about their instrument and experience music education and performances on a college campus.
The day will include workshops specifically designed to focus on the interests of the students attending, technique, performances of world-class musicians, a chance to speak with alumni and current students about the music program at FLC, and a free campus lunch.
Participants will also get to participate in physical and creative activities as well as a tour where they can enjoy the breathtaking views on Fort Lewis College’s campus.
