About Dr. Randy Palmer
Dr. Palmer is a senior lecturer in the Department of Physics and Engineering at Fort Lewis College. He joined the college in 2008. Palmer teaches classes in physics and geophysics with an emphasis on exploration and whole earth geophysics.
Prior to joining Fort Lewis College, Palmer worked in nuclear physics at the Los Alamos National Laboratory in New Mexico, utilizing computer modeling, geodetics and seismic methods to research the tectonics and geodynamics of the western United States.
