Tristen is a proud Fort Lewis College Katz School of Business and FLC Cycling Team alumna, graduating with Accounting and Business Administration degrees. Originally from Flagstaff, AZ, Tristen values the small town of Durango and the authentic relationships that she has built throughout her time at Fort Lewis and as a professional in the greater community.

Tristen got her start in banking through an internship with Bank of the San Juans, where she took a full-time loan officer position in the Spring of 2020. Tristen recently switched to Bank of Colorado and is a Vice President of Commercial Lender. In this role, Tristen enjoys helping people achieve their financial goals through building genuine relationships.

Tristen serves as the Board Chair of Big Brothers Big Sisters of SW Colorado, driven by a commitment to the power of mentorship. Tristen also serves on the Business Advisory Council for the Katz School of Business.

Outside of her work and volunteer roles, Tristen finds joy in the outdoors. Whether cycling, hunting, camping, or just walking the dog, she takes advantage of all the beauty of Durango and the surrounding areas!
