About Dr. Mika Kusar
Mika Kusar is an associate professor of management in the School of Business Administration at Fort Lewis College. She joined the college in 2009. Dr. Kusar started her career in Atlanta as a senior management consultant for Pershing Yoakley and Associates, a health care management consulting firm.
Dr. Kusar is the faculty advisor for the Fort Lewis Society of Business Leaders. She is a reviewer for the annual meetings of the Western Academy of Management and the Southern Management Association. Dr. Kusar is a 2011 graduate of Leadership La Plata, a leadership training and community building program run by the Durango Chamber of Commerce.
