All faculty and administrative professional staff positions are non-classified employees of Fort Lewis College, governed by the college's policies and procedures.
Classified employees are part of the Colorado State Personnel System and are governed by State Personnel Board Rules and Procedures and the Partnership Agreement.
Thank you for your interest in the benefit of attending classes while being employed at Fort Lewis College. A tuition waiver is provided for benefited employees (working at least 50%). Employees may take up to 9 hours of credits at FLC (per academic year) tuition-free.

Please note that employees who want to use this benefit must be admitted through FLC's admission processes and must meet the application deadlines of August 1 for Fall semester, December 1 for Spring semester, and April 1 for the Summer semester.

Thank you for your interest in the benefit of tuition reduction for spouses and children of Fort Lewis College employees. Please familiarize yourself with the Tuition Reduction Policy prior to beginning the tuition reduction process.
The spouse and/or dependent child (children) of an eligible employee shall be eligible to receive a tuition reduction benefit if admitted to the College.
The award is twenty‐five percent (25%) of the student’s share of in‐state tuition for regular on‐campus courses.
A new application is required each year. An award year is defined as the period from July 1st through June 30th.
