This event is designed to bring faculty and staff together for an open, informative, and uplifting conversation about the physical, emotional, and professional impacts of menopause. The panel will explore topics such as self-care, workplace support, and holistic well-being as well as offer insights, strategies, and resources to experience this transition with confidence. Whether you are experiencing menopause yourself, supporting a colleague, or simply want to learn more, all are welcome to attend.
