Parts 5 and 7.
To file a report of discrimination, you may contact the Director of Compliance below or file an anonymous report using the Tell Someone reporting form. You may report anonymously, but if you are a victim, we encourage you to provide your contact information so we can ask questions or provide support. Providing the perpetrator's name allows us to identify patterns that might help protect the campus. Any received reports will be promptly and fairly addressed in accordance with Fort Lewis College's Grievance Policy. The handling process may involve either informal mediation or an investigative approach. In the case of an investigation, a thorough and impartial examination of the facts will be conducted, adhering to the preponderance of evidence standard. It is important to note that any form of retaliation for reporting a Grievance is strictly prohibited.
