This selection is used when the user already knows their current username and password and wishes to change it. They must input the old password and then pick a new one that follows the guidelines.
This selection is used when the user does not know their password but knows their username and security question.
Students: Students will input their username, answer the security question, and then choose a new password. This new password must be different from an old password in addition to following the password guidelines. The Help Desk can also reset password for you in person with FLC ID.
Faculty/Staff: Faculty and staff cannot reset their passwords on The Fort. They can use the Microsoft Self-Service Password Reset or go to the Help Desk with FLC ID.
