The Service Center serves as the principle point of contact for campus customers when requesting assistance from physical plant shops and departments. Our role is to coordinate the activities of the shops to best meet the needs of the campus, and to ensure proper billing, record keeping, and tracking of compliance issues.
The Service Center is the communication hub for Physical Plant Services, handling well over 13,000 calls per year.
