Structural Trades

The Structural Trades shop maintains the exterior building envelope to protect the building structure, including managing roof snow loads, and maintains interior fixtures and finishes creating a safe, secure and appealing appearance for the campus community.

This department also assists in the winter Snow Management Program.

Fire Extinguishers

fire extinguisher signStructural Trades inspects, replaces and repairs extinguishers throughout the year. Each extinguisher is serviced and tested annually.

How You Can Help:

  • Know where the fire extinguishers are located.
  • If one is missing or needs a charge, please report it to Physical Plant immediately.
  • Never use candles in the workplace.
