All faculty and administrative professional staff positions are non-classified employees of Fort Lewis College, governed by the college's policies and procedures.
Classified employees are part of the Colorado State Personnel System and are governed by State Personnel Board Rules and Procedures and the Partnership Agreement.
Fort Lewis College offers employees and their dependents two Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs). These programs provide 6–8 free counseling sessions per fiscal year, with additional sessions available at the participant's cost—access professional support for your and your family's mental health and well-being.
