Employee Assistance Program

Fort Lewis College offers employees and their dependents two Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs). These programs provide 6–8 free counseling sessions per fiscal year, with additional sessions available at the participant's cost—access professional support for your and your family's mental health and well-being.

EAP services are entirely confidential—no one at Fort Lewis College will know who uses the program. EAPs offer resources beyond counseling, including:

  • Financial information and coaching
  • Childcare or eldercare consultation and referrals
  • Guidance on interpersonal skills with co-workers or family
  • Consultation for legal issues unrelated to employment
  • Unlimited access to information on various topics
