Register for Classes/Fill out the Advising Questionnaire

First-year students

Once you've completed the Advising Questionnaire, academic advisors begin working on your schedule. Once your schedule is nearly complete, you will then meet with your advisor to go over and finalize your schedule, either at an orientation or later during an appointment.

Returning and transfer students

Once you have filled out the Advising Questionnaire, you will receive an email to schedule an advising and registration appointment with your new Skyhawk Advisor.

Advising Questionnaire opens:

  • Spring: November 18
  • Fall: May 1

Complete the Advising Questionnaire in your admission portal.

Electronic transcripts: Email to admission@fortlewis.edu

We only accept electronic transcripts if they come directly from the issuer or an authorized third party like Parchment or the National Student Clearinghouse. Do not forward your copies.

First-year students

Your high school must email or mail your final official high school transcripts to us. Contact your former institution to find out how to order transcripts for any dual/concurrent enrollment courses.

Dual enrollment/concurrent enrollment credits: if you have earned college credits while in high school, you must request your official college transcript from that institution to be sent to us.

Returning and transfer students

Contact your former institution(s) to find out how to order your transcripts.

*You might be eligible for more scholarships if you have a higher cumulative GPA than when you applied. Email the Admission Office at admission@fortlewis.edu if this applies to you.
