Native American College Day

Join us for FLC’s Native American College Day and discover why Fort Lewis College is the college of choice for Native American students. With our student body 39% Native American, we offer established programming and a campus culture celebrating diversity and Indigenous students.

Reasons to attend Native American College Day

• The first 30 students to sign up will get free lodging in Durango for two nights!
• Enjoy our keynote speaker.
• Participate in a Native student panel.
• Attend the Native American Center Community Social.
• Connect with our Native community.
• Learn about our resources and support for Native students.

Tentative schedule

The schedule below is a rough outline of what you can expect. You will get a personalized schedule at check-in on the day of the event:

Friday:

• 5 to 6 p.m. - Community Social

Saturday:

• 9 a.m. - Check-in opens
• 10 a.m. - Welcome and Panel
• 10:45 a.m. - Campus Tour
• 12:15 p.m. - Lunch 
• 1:45 p.m. - Financial Aid Resources
• 2:45 p.m. - Closing
