| This marble memorial stone to the north of the smallest of the three Ponderosa Pine trees in the lawn between the Theatre Building and Miller Student Center recognizes the life of Scott C. Whiteside, a Fort Lewis College student who died in 1992. See the second image on this page for an overview of this marker. The Fort Lewis College Foundation has awarded a Scott C. Whiteside Scholarship since 1993. |
