The Western Colorado Power Company Photograph Collection rough inventory was prepared by Student Archival Assistant Bill Jones and Todd Ellison in October of 1998, and was edited and formatted by Todd Ellison in December of 2001. Student Assistant Natasha Slim produced the page inventory of the two early photograph albums in February of 2002. Volunteer Esther Greenfield began numbering the items in the photo collection in November of 2006.
