1. Try roommate/suitemate: Ask if they can let you in.
2. Staff help:
   
   • Weekdays (8 a.m. - 5 p.m.): Visit the Student Housing Office at 240 Skyhawk Station.
   • After-hours: Call the posted number near your residence entrance.
   • Weekends (Friday 8 p.m. - Monday 8 a.m.): Contact the on-call resident assistant or director.
   • There may be a $25 fee assessed to your student account for each lockout after your first one.

1. For urgent situations, contact Campus Police:
   Weekdays (8 a.m. - 4 p.m.,): 970-247-7491

2. For emergencies: 911

If you have a maintenance issue like a light out, leaky faucet, or need your bed lofted, contact your resident assistant. They will submit your ticket to the Physical Plant maintenance staff.
