Fitness classes are an incredible and cost-free way to take initiative of your health with the support, guidance, and energy of an instructor. Whether you are just beginning your fitness journey or in an advanced stage of athletic progression, we have a plethoric variety of classes for you! Intensity levels are ranked below for reference.  All persons regardless of experience and background are welcome and modifications can be provided.

Agility and Plyometrics with Antonio ***

Lead by Antonio, Agility and Plyometrics is a class designed to exert a large amount of energy in a short interval of time. Whether you are looking to improve athletic performance, generate explosivity and speed, prevent injuries, or simply get a great workout, this class is for you!

HIIT with Kiki **

This HIIT class is a fast-paced, upbeat fitness experience that blends strength and cardio into a highly efficient full body workout. Experience Kiki's contagious smile and dynamic energy in an uplifting and challenging 60-minute session.

Cardio Dance Pulse with Elizabeth **

In this 60-minute fusion of cardio, choreography, and agility, Elizabeth will walk you through high energy aerobic dance sequences that will get your sweat on and supercharge your day—no familiarity with dance or fitness needed!

Full Body Bootcamp with Audry ***

Audry conjoins a passion for traditional weightlifting and functional mountain-sport conditioning into a challenging and intense circuit session designed for rapid cardiovascular conditioning and muscular development. Both highly trained athletes and persons just beginning their fitness journey are warmly welcomed.

Lunch Crunch and Flow with Melissa *

Open, cleanse, and energize with a fusion of yogaPilates sculpting designed to improve flexibility, balance, and strength. Melissa, our highly experienced instructor, guides individuals of all levels to complete a cardio flow with some incorporation of weights and bands.

Yoga with Luke *

End your week with a restorative community yoga flow with a synthesis of hatha yoga, movement sequences, and guided breath/body work. Luke's yoga flow provides a state of tranquility, improved balance and flexibility and a moderate workout.

Outdoor CalistenX with Audry ***

 Challenge yourself in an outdoor fitness fusion of callisthenic training, core-connected compound movements, community oriented, cardiovascular intense, circuit training. Led by Audry, this class resembles the structure and intensity of a CrossFit class though is designed to be more versatile, safe, and muscularly isolating.

Abs and Glutes with Kenzie **

In this mid-morning session, our knowledgeable instructor, Kenzie, will guide you through a combination of challenging glute and abdominal workouts made to sculpt, tone, and build athletic resilience.

Heavy Circle and Mental Health **

Using free weights and traditional weightlifting equipment, this class is perfect for persons looking to get into a gym routine, maximize muscular hypertrophy, and take initiative on their mental wellbeing with Keagen’s energetic and supportive coaching.
