Kate Suazo (She/Ella) is an alumna of Fort Lewis College and has been part of the FLC community for 10 years. With a background in Social Justice and Human Rights (M.A.), she brings a blend of student leadership and community-centered practices to her role. As an avid camper, hiker, and bike rider, Kate often spends time outdoors with her dogs and a good book. Nicolette is passionate about her work at Fort Lewis College. She graduated from Ohio University with a bachelor's degree in Recreation Management and a Diversity Studies Certificate, and she earned a master's degree in College Student Personnel. Nicolette plans New Student and Family Orientation and supports 60 registered student organizations on campus. She focuses on creating personal connections with students and fostering a welcoming environment. In her free time, Nicolette enjoys hiking with her partner, dog, and friends, crafting, singing, and reading books.

McKenna earned her bachelor's degree in Psychology with a minor in Human Development from Washington State University in 2021. At the Student Involvement Center, she helps Registered Student Organizations plan their events and advises Student Union Productions on their numerous events each semester. McKenna is dedicated to making every student feel seen and heard while supporting them in all aspects during their time at FLC. When not in the office, you can find McKenna at the gym, prioritizing physical and mental health, snuggling with her two cats, and supporting FLC sports!
