Student Involvement Center

To qualify for a FAB Travel or Event Grant, a representative from your organization must attend the monthly RSO Officer Meetings.

Travel

If your organization plans to travel, you must:

1. Schedule a meeting with the Student Involvement Center at least one month before your departure.
2. Submit the Submit Emergency Contact and Liability Waivers.

FAB Travel Grants

• Application requirements: Submit your travel grant application at least 30 days before your trip begins and no less than 4 working days before a FAB meeting.
• Submission deadline: Applications should be emailed to the FAB Director by Monday at 5:00 pm to be considered at the next FAB meeting.
• Meeting invitation: A representative from your RSO will be invited to attend the FAB Meeting, held every Tuesday at 5:45 pm in the Student Senate Chambers Room (SU 163).

Apply for the 2024 - 2025 FAB Travel Grant

• Application requirements: Submit your event grant application at least 14 days before your event date and no less than 4 working days before a FAB meeting.
• Submission deadline: Applications should be emailed to the FAB Director by Monday at 5:00 pm to be considered at the next FAB meeting.
• Meeting invitation: A representative from your RSO will be invited to attend the FAB Meeting, held every Tuesday at 5:45 pm in the Student Senate Chambers Room (SU 163).
• Grant amounts: Grants up to $1,000 may be approved through FAB. Requests exceeding $1,000 require additional approval from the ASFLC Senate, which adds an extra week for consideration.
