Mailboxes are provided for all on-campus students. Assignments, including PO box numbers and combinations, are sent at the start of the semester. For assistance or to retrieve your PO box details, visit the window during service hours.

Mailbox access

  • Daily, 7 am – 7 pm in the Student Union.
  • Mail is placed in mailboxes every weekday.
  • For postal rates or further assistance, visit the window clerk during service hours.

Window service hours

  • Monday – Friday: 9 am to 4 pm
  • Saturday – Sunday: CLOSED
  • Federal holidays: CLOSED

Off-campus and community mailboxes

Mailbox rentals are available for off-campus students or community members for $10 per semester or $30 annually.
