Step 6️⃣, for making your #KaleChips is dehydrating them or baking them! If you're using a dehydrator set the temp to 135 degrees and leave for 2 hours. If you're using an oven set the temp to 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes. #HealthyFLC

Step 5️⃣, add seasoning! Recipe #1 is the base seasoning, make sure this is on all your Kale. Then you chooose either recipe #2 or #3 to put on your Kale. #HealthyFLC #KaleChips

Step 3️⃣ for making #KaleChips, once your kale dry, separate the leaves from the stems Step 4️⃣, cut the leaves slightly larger than the size of a chip - they'll shrink when they dry. #HealthyFLC
