The Diversity Collaborative will be hosting our Fall 2024 SafeZone LGBTQ+ Allyship training! Each of the 3 sections will be 1 hour, attending one session of each part is required for SafeZone certification. This training is intended for those who would like to be a safe person for the LGBTQ+ community and should not be made mandatory. Our HomesFund Homebuyer Education Class covers the process of homebuying, including Budgeting, Real Estate, Lending, Insurance, and Inspections. We also go over the programs for down payment assistance as offered by HomesFund. The class is from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. There will be a 15-minute break in the morning, an hour's lunch, and a 15-minute break in the afternoon. There is a $15.00 materials fee for the workbook that you get to take home. Only one workbook per household is needed however you can purchase as many as you would like. You will be required to pay this fee through PayPal
