Our philosophy
Our CSA, filled with produce from the Education Garden, Farmer-In-Training Plot, and incubator farms, supports numerous young farmers. At 7600 feet elevation, we specialize in greens, herbs, roots, and peppers, partnering with others for peak-summer tomatoes.
We aim for a diverse vegetable selection in each CSA season, balancing staple crops like carrots, salad mix, onions, and red radishes with novel varieties like kohlrabi, fennel, or Napa cabbage. These new additions, chosen for their suitability to our climate, taste, and health benefits, are part of our commitment to expanding your palate and enhancing your CSA experience.
