Notes: A teepee shaped monument with small trees surrounding it. View of photo is looking at the monument from the side. The entrance to the tepee can be seen at left of photo and there is an animal design and "stitches" painted onto concrete of monument. Two numbers were written on original sleeve E 6 and E 6A. Also written on original sleeve was "Ouray - Chipeta Monument and Tepee"
