What you’ll leave with
You’ll leave with a more biomechanically optimized riding position, an explanation of what changed and why, Retül fit measurements, and recommendations for adaptation, equipment changes, or follow-up adjustments if needed.
How to prepare
Bring your clean, fully functional bike with appropriate tire and suspension pressure, a clean and lubricated drivetrain, and charged batteries.
Wear fitted cycling clothing that allows contact points at the knees, elbows, and palms. Bring your cycling shoes, custom insoles if you use them, and any parts you want to test or replace, such as cleats, saddles, stems, spacers, or other fit-related components.
Avoid lotion on your arms and legs before the appointment.
